What Customers Say

Patrick at watermark construction has been great to deal with. The pavers came out amazing. 10/10 would recommend.

Had them resurfaced, retiled, new cooing on pool. Hard working. Here every day right on schedule. Cleaned everything up after working each day. Highly recommend

Totally recommend this company. They did a beautiful job with pavers in my backyard 3 years ago. Of course after some time pavers sink due to rain and sand moving underneath. I called to have them repaired and they came out and did a beautiful job. Very happy.

Watermark Construction has competed about 8 projects for me over the last 10 years . Most were new pools and two were refurbishments of pools , one of which was my own home . Bryan and his team are efficient and punctual . They understand all codes for each local city and municipality which saves a lot of time and money . Their prices are always competitive .

I seldom refer anybody but in this case I am so overjoyed at the work that has been done that I have to say Watermark Construction surpassed my expectations. Bryan was not only knowledgable and always available but his employees were respectful, always on time and did excellent work. I had my patio repaved, leaks in my pool repaired and refinished with Diamond Bright. I am now able to sit and relax on my patio and enjoy the pool area just like i did when it was new. Michael B

We recently had our 30 yr old driveway pavers resealed. Patrick sold us the job and seemed to really care that we were satisfied with the work, as he checked in on us before and after the job was completed. He listened carefully to figure out the best products to provide the results we were looking for. They did an amazing job, including killing and removing any weeds, removing any stains as best as they could, and resetting a few of the pavers that had shifted over the years. This company is owned and operated by a nice local family.

Watermark was easy to work with in repairing some stonework around my pool. Patrick was personable and offered great suggestions for the repairs needed, and he was very good at keeping me updated throughout the process. Hoping to engage Watermark for the addition of a masonry grill station!

Bryan and Patrick did an awesome job on my pool and patio remodel. They added a sun shelf, benches, new Diamond Bright, tile trim, and plumbing to my old 1964 kidney-shaped pool and it looks amazing! They also tore out my old patio and laid a gorgeous tumbled marble one that makes my backyard look fantastic. They were a super help with picking out colors and materials and lots of great ideas. Everything was done in a timely manner and communicating with them was easy. I am already recommending them to my friends and neighbors.

Bryan and team did a great job with recent pool and deck remodeling. We are very pleased with their expertise, recommendations, and results. They were competitive, very attentive, quick, and great with solutions to surprises. We will plan to use them again!

Watermark Construction LLC did an excellent job. Their team was professional, reliable, and paid attention to the details. The pavers and pool area turned out great. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality work.

Bryan and his son Patrick delivered a superior product. The pool is truly amazing. They were both hands on the entire project all the way to obtaining the final approval from the municipality. Highly recommend Watermark!!!!

Bryan (owner) and Patrick (son) are very honest people. They did exactly what was discussed and even a few extras at no cost along the way. Bryan was onsite 2-4 times each day (5 week project) ensuring the work was done right. This was a massive project including driveway, pool, pool decking, and outdoor kitchen. If you want hands on, reliability and craftsmanship…these are your guys.
